১. গোসল করার পর বা ত্বক পরিষ্কার করার পর তোয়ালে দিয়ে শরীর হালকা মুছে নিন। ২. হাতের তালুতে পর্যাপ্ত পরিমাণে বডি লোশন নিন। ৩. সারা শরীরে, বিশেষ করে হাত, পা, কনুই এবং হাঁটুর মতো শুষ্ক বা কালচে জায়গায় আলতোভাবে ম্যাসাজ করে লাগিয়ে নিন। ৪. লোশনটি ত্বকে ভালোভাবে শোষিত হওয়া পর্যন্ত আলতো হাতে মাসাজ করুন। ৫. ভালো ফলাফলের জন্য দিনে দুইবার (সকালে ও রাতে) নিয়মিত ব্যবহার করুন।
